The guest house welcomes guests all year round. Please reserve at least 1 day in advance, because we cannot accommodate same-day bookings!
Keys can be picked up after the official check-in process and payment of the total accommodation fee (by bank transfer, cash or OTP SZÉP card) have been completed.
Check-in: Monday – Saturday (no check-in on Sunday). Check-out is available every day. The rooms can be occupied between 16.00 – 19.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, please let us know!
Please note that as of September 2021, all tourist accommodations in Hungary are required to scan personal documents using a phone app and transmit them to a central, closed and encrypted system called “Vendégem”. The new rules also apply to all children aged 0-18. Please have your documents prepared upon arrival.
In order to not disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the city, no loud music or noisy activities are permitted on the terrace and in the garden after 22:00. Using large speakers, or playing live music in the filagoria are not allowed either.

Booking the entire Guest House:
You can rent the whole house if you book all 5 of our rooms for a minimum of one night (min. 2 nights on weekends) according to the following conditions. The total price for the whole house (5 rooms, 16 beds, 4 extra beds available on request) is 124.000 HUF/house/night on weekdays and 144.000 HUF/house/night on weekends and holidays. Special rules apply to certain holidays, about these you can read more in Rooms and rates.
Payment options: cash, bank transfer, OTP SZÉP card. The amount is independent of the minimum number of guests to be accommodated in the rooms!
Please note that our guest house has unique, antique furnishing, and the building and adjacent garden are located in a residential area! Thus we firmly ask groups to read our house rules thoroughly and follow it at all times!
Booking, cancellation and modification conditions
Bookings can be made by phone, e-mail or by requesting a rate offer on our website. Bookings can be finalized by transferring 25% of the total amount (or 50% for certain times and holidays) within 24 hours of receiving the offer. Prices may vary for holidays and high priority periods. Please inform us after you’ve made the transfer so we can finalize your booking in our system, as well.
If you notify us of your cancellation, in writing, no less than 14 days before the arrival day, we will refund you the full amount of the deposit, minus a 5% handling fee. The refund will be sent to the account number you provide within 10 days of cancellation.
If you notify us of your cancellation, in writing, 2-14 days before your arrival, 50% of the accommodation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. If we are able to resell the cancelled period, the cancellation fee will be refunded to you, minus a 10% handling fee.
If you notify us of your cancellation, in writing, 1 day before or on the arrival day, 100 % of the accommodation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. If we are able to resell the cancelled period, the cancellation fee will be refunded to you, minus a 10% handling fee. If you fail to cancel your reservation in writing, and you don’t show up on the day of arrival, the deposit/reservation fee will become the guesthouse’s property without any service being provided.
One date change can be requested free of charge, each additional modification costs 5.000 HUF.
If you modify your reservation dates, in writing, no less than 10 days before the arrival day, the deposit/accommodation fee already paid will be used as credit for the new dates. This option can be used within 6 months of the date of the modification request.
If the modification request is received within 10 days of the arrival day, the deposit/accommodation fee already paid will only be included in the price of a new booking (within 6 months) if the cancelled date is resold. If the cancelled date cannot be resold, the deposit paid by the guest will become the guesthouse’s property without any service being provided.
If a guest leaves the guesthouse early (ie. before the booked check-out date) due to reasons the guesthouse is not responsible for, no refund will be made, and the accommodation fee will become the guesthouse’s property.
